Mammoth Lakes & Mammoth Mountain Weather Forecast

Dry weather continues through Saturday except for a slight chance for a late afternoon shower/thunderstorm. A chance for light snow is then expected Easter Sunday PM/night, but little or no accumulation, followed by mostly light snow showers at times through mid-week. Only small accumulations are expected each day and no deep powder is forecast through next week. Snow showers could continue into the following weekend before there is the next chance for a storm around the 4th or 5th. A favorable pattern for at least some storminess could continue through the second week of April or longer, but probably not any major storm patterns or significant snow makers (>2-3 feet). Next update Tuesday 3/29. Snowfall forecasts are for the Sesame snow course (Main Lodge) as reported in the AM snow report from MMSA (previous 24 hours of snowfall) Sesame Snow Course Sat 3/26 = 0” Sun 3/27 = 0” Mon 3/28 = 0 – trace” Tue 3/29 = 1 – 3” Wed 3/30 = 1 – 3” Thu 3/31 = 1 – 2” Fri 4/1 = 0 –
